Introducing the Butterbump sofa…

If you don’t know Loaf, the furniture and homewares store, you should. Their designs, often scandi in style and very retro, are delicious and very trendy.

I am totally head over heels for the Butterbump sofa, a relatively new addition to their sofa range. I’m nuts about a velvet sofa anyway and this chesterfield style sofa is just lovely. There are loads of fabrics to choose from and they have a showroom if you’re local to London, so you can try before you buy – and with a sofa, I strongly recommend it.

Why should a sofa just be a seat? Why can’t it be a real design statement, especially in quite a plain room. Our old lounge was white emulsion heaven, and this would have been amazing to lift the room and add character. Yes, you’ve guessed it, it’s gone on my ‘new home’ pinterest board already.
